Welcome to AstroKaya! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our astrology consultation app and related services. By accessing or using AstroKaya, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the AstroKaya app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Services

AstroKaya provides:

• Astrology consultations with certified astrologers
• Horoscope readings and personalized predictions
• Digital astrology reports and charts
• Chat and voice consultation services
• Premium features and content

3. User Registration and Account

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms and Pricing

Our payment terms include:

• All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable
• Payment must be completed before accessing premium services
• We accept various payment methods including UPI, credit cards, and digital wallets
• Prices may change at any time with reasonable notice

4.1 Service Pricing

Note: Prices vary based on astrologer experience and specialization. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

4.2 Merchant Revenue Sharing

For service providers and astrologers:

• Platform commission: 20-30% of total consultation fees
• Payout cycle: Weekly payments to registered bank accounts
• Minimum payout threshold: ₹500
• TDS deductions as per Indian tax regulations

5. Comprehensive Refund and Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: AstroKaya operates under a strict no refund policy. All payments made for consultations, premium features, or any other services are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

• Astrology consultations (completed or partially completed)
• Digital reports and horoscope readings
• Premium subscriptions and features
• Chat or voice consultation credits
• Booking fees and service charges
• Wallet top-ups and credits

5.1 Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered ONLY in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical failure preventing service delivery (verified by our technical team)
• Astrologer unavailability due to platform issues (not personal reasons)
• Duplicate charges due to payment gateway errors

Even in exceptional cases, refunds are processed as platform credits, not cash refunds.

5.2 Merchant Refund Obligations

Service providers must adhere to the following:

• Complete all confirmed consultations as scheduled
• Provide quality service as per platform standards
• Any merchant-initiated cancellations may result in penalties
• Merchants are not authorized to offer direct refunds to customers

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this comprehensive no refund policy.

6. Merchant Obligations and Requirements

All service providers must comply with:

• Maintain professional conduct during all consultations
• Provide accurate astrology services to the best of their ability
• Be available during committed time slots
• Complete mandatory KYC verification including:
• Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar/PAN/Passport)
• Bank account details for payments
• Professional certification (if applicable)
• GST registration (for eligible merchants)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information

7. Required Legal Policies

7.1 Terms and Conditions Compliance

All users and merchants must:

• Accept and comply with these Terms and Conditions
• Acknowledge the binding nature of this agreement
• Understand their rights and obligations

7.2 Privacy Policy Acknowledgment

By using AstroKaya, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy, which covers:

• Data collection and processing practices
• Information sharing policies
• User rights and data protection measures
• App permissions and device access requirements

7.3 Refund Policy Agreement

All parties acknowledge and agree to our comprehensive no-refund policy as outlined in Section 5 above.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain service availability:

• Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues
• Astrologer availability may vary and is not guaranteed
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with notice

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm astrologers or other users
• Share inappropriate or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AstroKaya are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Disclaimers

Please note that:

• Astrology consultations are for entertainment and guidance purposes only
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of predictions or advice
• Our services should not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice
• Results and experiences may vary among users

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroKaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Any other reason we deem necessary

14. App Permissions and Device Access

Our app may request access to:

• Camera and microphone for video/voice consultations
• Device storage for saving reports and content
• Location services for localized predictions
• Installed apps detection for payment and service optimization

You can manage these permissions through your device settings.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
