4.2 Merchant Revenue Sharing
For service providers and astrologers:
- • Platform commission: 20-30% of total consultation fees
- • Payout cycle: Weekly payments to registered bank accounts
- • Minimum payout threshold: ₹500
- • TDS deductions as per Indian tax regulations
5. Comprehensive Refund and Cancellation Policy
IMPORTANT: AstroKaya operates under a strict no refund policy. All payments made for consultations, premium features, or any other services are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
- ⚠️ Astrology consultations (completed or partially completed)
- ⚠️ Digital reports and horoscope readings
- ⚠️ Premium subscriptions and features
- ⚠️ Chat or voice consultation credits
- ⚠️ Booking fees and service charges
- ⚠️ Wallet top-ups and credits
5.1 Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered ONLY in the following exceptional circumstances:
- • Technical failure preventing service delivery (verified by our technical team)
- • Astrologer unavailability due to platform issues (not personal reasons)
- • Duplicate charges due to payment gateway errors
Even in exceptional cases, refunds are processed as platform credits, not cash refunds.
5.2 Merchant Refund Obligations
Service providers must adhere to the following:
- • Complete all confirmed consultations as scheduled
- • Provide quality service as per platform standards
- • Any merchant-initiated cancellations may result in penalties
- • Merchants are not authorized to offer direct refunds to customers

6. Merchant Obligations and Requirements
All service providers must comply with:
- • Maintain professional conduct during all consultations
- • Provide accurate astrology services to the best of their ability
- • Be available during committed time slots
